Report a rate, anonymously

States publish fee-for-service rates. Managed-care and commercial plans usually don't, and that's what clinics most need to compare. Tell us what a plan pays you. We never ask for your name, your clinic's name or client information, and we only publish a figure once at least 3 independent reports agree.

How reports are handled

We never ask for your name, your clinic's name or client information. Email is optional and only used if we need to ask about your report.
We don't store IP addresses. We keep a scrambled code, reset daily, only to block spam.
Figures appear on the site only as a range, and only after 3+ independent reports for the same state, plan and code.
Outliers are checked against published fee schedules before they go live.
