What it means
For clinic owners
CareSource, one of Georgia's three Medicaid managed-care plans, moved ABA to 80% of the fee schedule on May 11, 2026, then rescinded it in July only for some providers in shortage areas. Providers that refused the terms were dropped from network. Check your own CareSource letter; the rollback is not universal.
For BCBAs & RBTs
Clinics that left CareSource or took the cut may limit Medicaid openings and hours.
