What it means

For clinic owners

Since Dec 1, 2025, Idaho bills ABA as Behavioral Intervention H-codes (e.g. 97153 to H0004 TG/TF, 97151 to H0032) to Medicaid FFS through Gainwell, with Telligen authorizations instead of Magellan. Update billing systems and authorizations.

For BCBAs & RBTs
