What it means
For clinic owners
A 2% fee-schedule cut to most ABA codes took effect Jan 1, 2026 (a partial rollback of the 2024 increase), and it stays in place unless the legislature acts. HCA chose to cut the FFS schedule so that managed-care contracts tied to it would follow without recontracting.
For BCBAs & RBTs
A small cut, but tied to managed-care pay. Check whether your employer's MCO contracts are pegged to the FFS schedule.
